Description
A well-equipped and elegant summer house a stone's throw from the historic center of Lecce, to fully experience the beauty of the Baroque province. Located on the first floor of a two-storey building with a lift, it has a hallway at the entrance, with two doors leading to as many residential units. The two houses are twins and, on the right, we have the "Blue House". You enter a bright living room, equipped with a 4-seater table, a very comfortable double sofa bed (18 cm mattress), TV and an excellently equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, washing machine and dryer. From the living area the corridor leads to the beautiful bathroom with large shower cubicle, glass sink with "tuch" lighting and services. We then have a perfect double bedroom, spacious, well furnished, with courtesy lights equipped with USB, second TV and a scenic bathtub in the room, with floral decorations in the background. Stupendous. The house then has access to the upper terrace, an unequipped area, but from which you can clearly see the nearby Porta Rudie, or the entrance to the wonderful historic center of Lecce, a maze of narrow streets with shops and typical restaurants, both nightlife, as well as refreshment. The monuments you will encounter are wonderful, such as the Bishopric, Piazza Sant'Oronzo, the Sedile, the Church of Santa Croce, the Castle of Charles V and many others. The house also has a "Hertz" car rental in the immediate vicinity, convenient for leaving any rented car and a paid car park. There is also a supermarket, always open during the day. Happy holiday.
