Comfortable penthouse embellished with a panoramic terrace, with a pleasant view of the large swimming pool and the lush garden. Located on the outskirts of Lecce, it is just 3km from the historic center of the Baroque capital. It has the advantage of combining privacy (thanks to the high perimeter walls that enclose the estate) and proximity to the beauties of the town, easily accessible via an important road artery (near the villa, from which numerous interesting destinations can be reached). It stands on the first floor of a fine residence (but has completely independent external access), embraced by a luxuriant, perfectly maintained garden with enchanting attractions. A regenerating ecosystem, able to give unique stay experiences, thanks to the internal comfort and the many external comforts. The house, furnished with taste, has two bedrooms, one double (with flat screen TV, air conditioning, various furniture and independent access to the terrace) and one with a queen-size bed (equipped with a large wardrobe, bedside table and other). The large and bright living area is air conditioned and disengages the rooms. You see the dining area (crystal table with 6 chairs) and the relaxation area, where you can read a good book or watch your favorite program (comfortable leather lounges, flat screen TV). The interior is completed by: the kitchen (equipped with every utility: dishwasher, washing machine, pots, dishes, fridge with freezer, etc.) and the beautiful bathroom, equipped with shower and toilet. A special feature is the presence of a large terrace, equipped with table, chairs, drying rack. Here you can sip a good drink, with a 360 ° view, both towards the property and the surrounding area. Outside, you will only have to choose how to use your free time, among the many activities that the residence offers: from a dip in the large semi-Olympic swimming pool, with a tan in the relaxation area, to a bike ride; from the soccer match (with adjoining changing rooms) to the two-player tennis match; or an exciting beach volleyball match. Let's go into the details of the services that the property makes available to guests. The swimming pool (open from 01/06 - 30/09), illuminated with underwater spotlights, measures 20x10mt, with a depth that slopes from 3.5mt to 0.80mt and with a double springboard. The sports facilities, all equipped with night lighting with bromine iodide headlights, placed on poles with a height of 6/8 meters placed on the entire perimeter relative to the installation, are for true sports lovers: the soccer field measures approx. 1500 square meters (larger than normal 5-a-side pitches) in synthetic grass; the tennis court has Davis measures in elasticised plastic material; the beach volleyball court is in sand and is approx. 200sqm. Not only that. Even the little ones will be enchanted by the beauty of the place, thanks to the presence of a tree house, equipped with ropes and spaces for climbing. Also outside, we note an outdoor cooking area (barbecue) with 6 gas burners and a charcoal barbecue. The entire estate is surrounded by a great variety of flowers, with typical trees (oaks, holm oaks, pines, palms and other splendid natural monuments) and various fruit trees (prawns, citrus fruits, apricots). A small lake and a seasonal vegetable garden complete the already rich scenery. Various stone paths make every area of the park usable, where there is no shortage of relaxation benches.

You are a stone's throw from the Salento capital: the historic center of Lecce, full of Baroque-style jewels, is just 3km away. A maze of ancient streets, lined with artisan shops, shops, typical places and artistic beauties will take your breath away: from Piazza del Vescovato to the Church of Santa Croce, from Piazza Sant'Oronzo and the Sedile to the Castle of Charles V A trip to Lecce pleases the eyes, satisfies the palate and gives a good mood. The sea, the famous Salento beaches, are also easily accessible. You are in fact near the Lecce ring road, a ring from which the various directions for the coast or towards characteristic villages to be visited start. Porto Cesareo can be reached in just 15 minutes: here you can visit both the town with its romantic promenade, and the well-known beaches of fine white sand, with shallow waters that gradually increase in depth. Like Porto Cesareo, the beaches of Torre Lapillo and Sant'Isidoro also await you with their transparent water. On the other side, on the Adriatic, the Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio Natural Park or the WWF oasis of Cesine are perfect for a trip to nature, which can end with a nice swim on the large sandy expanses of Spiaggiabella (just 9 km ).
