Beautiful holiday villa with a large private pool, a volleyball/football field and a pine forest offering various relaxation areas (hammock, tables and chairs...). This villa is just a few minutes from Otranto and is rented exclusively, but not in its entirety because one of the flats is reserved for the owners when they come at other times of the year. So don't worry, they will not be present.
So, in addition to all the outdoor spaces and the pool, there are 3 flats for you exclusively:
1/ a brand new flat on the first floor, overlooking the pool, with a terrace that opens onto a first double bedroom with its pretty shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and the second double bedroom with its shower room and independent access. The first two suites are thus independent and share the kitchen.
2/ a one-bedroom flat, also independent, with a living room (table, chairs, kitchen, washing machine, double sofa bed), a shower room, a beautiful bedroom with a stone wall (double and bunk bed), which also has independent access. This flat is at the back, facing a landscaped area where you will find the table tennis table.
3/ a large studio flat also at the rear consists of a spacious room with kitchenette, dining area, double bed, double sofa bed and shower room.
Perfect for large families as well as for several couples on holidays together, this villa perfectly combines privacy and conviviality.
Outdoor facilities: large 13.5 x 6.5 m pool (plus access stairs), fixed depth of 1.4 m, surrounded by comfortably equipped relaxation areas (deckchairs and parasols). Volleyball court on soft grass, which can be transformed into a small football pitch by removing the net and installing goals. Pine forest with hammock, tables and chairs. Ping-pong table and space for outdoor meals. Numerous private parking spaces within the property.
Inside amenities / in each flat: WiFi internet connection; air conditioning, TV, washing machine; kettle; toaster.
Surroundings: in the countryside, very close to the village of Muro Leccese where you can visit the Piazza del Popolo, the church and the Dominican convent. There you will find all main services (supermarket, tobacco shop, bar, restaurants, bakery and various shops). Otranto and its beaches, such as the Alimini and the famous Baia dei Turchi, are about 10 minutes away by car. In 20 minutes you can reach Santa Cesarea Terme and its thermal waters, then Castro with its beautiful cliffs, its port and its pretty historical centre perched on top of a hill.
