The beauty and comfort of this large holiday home lie in its proximity to a dreamy beach with soft sand caressing a gently sloping crystal-clear sea... paradise! The owners have embarked on a renovation of the exterior, leaving the interior, which is very spartan with dated furnishings, to one side for the time being. Nonetheless, the imposing property has plenty of large rooms, allowing several families or groups of friends to enjoy it comfortably. On the ground floor, a paved courtyard develops in a U-shape, with the ridge running parallel to the beach, offering beautiful sea views. There is a covered area, useful for eating or relaxing outside, a stone barbecue, an outdoor shower (next to a sewer with an attached washing machine) and the entrance to the bathroom with shower and toilet. The ground floor bathroom is actually accessible from the outside (near the rear entrance to the kitchenette). To enter the house, there are 3 entrances, the main one from the hallway, the second from the dining room and the third, precisely, from the kitchenette (which has a 4-burner cooker, fridge with freezer, various pieces of furniture, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery). You can also dine indoors if you like the view of the adjacent blue expanse. There are 3 bedrooms, as follows: 1 four-bed bedroom (double bed + bunk bed with 2 single beds), 1 five-bed bedroom (double bed + bunk bed with 2 single beds + single bed), 1 bedroom with a double bed (made up of 2 single beds next to each other). The upper floor has a completely separate entrance, with a staircase that continues to the sunny upper terrace. On entering the first floor, we were enchanted by the unrivalled beauty of the coastline. The elevated perspective allows us to appreciate the whiteness of the sand, contrasting with the blue hues of the sea, which is lost in the sky. Just wonderful. This spacious, L-shaped terrace allows you to dine al fresco while enjoying the sunset. Inside, the layout is similar to that of the floor below. There is a corridor leading to the various rooms. Three bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (2 single beds joined), 1 bedroom with 4 beds (double bed + bunk bed with 2 single beds), 1 bedroom with 3 beds (double bed with 2 single beds joined + single bed). The upper floor also includes a dining room with sea views and access to the fully-equipped kitchenette (pots and pans, crockery, fridge with freezer, worktop). There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower. This large flat can accommodate a maximum of 19 people, but it can also be rented to smaller groups. It is ideal for those who want to make the most of the Salento seaside, while at the same time having access to services and facilities that are easily and quickly accessible on foot.

The wonderful beach of Torre Lapillo is right next door. A dream coastline with fine sand that slopes gently down to caress the crystal-clear sea. You'll also find all the services you need just a few minutes' walk away: supermarkets, restaurants, tobacconists, newsagents and a variety of shops, so you can do without a car and still enjoy a fantastic seaside holiday. If you decide to explore the surrounding area, there are some wonderful tourist destinations where you can discover natural treasures of incomparable beauty: the large stretch of sand to the north of Torre Lapillo extends for several kilometres, meeting Punta Prosciutto and San Pietro in Bevagna, where the crystal-clear sea has brilliant blue/green hues. To the south, you'll find Porto Cesareo, well-stocked with fishmongers and excellent restaurants, as well as the wide, romantic promenade along the seafront. Continuing on, you come across the bay of Sant'Isidoro. For nature lovers, the Porto Selvaggio nature park is just 20 minutes away, offering fun canoe trips. Beautiful Lecce is about 15 minutes away.
