The flat, located on the first and last floor of a larger house is as follows: living room with sea view, with a dining area and a sofa bed (sleeps 2), fully equipped brand new kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 with 2 singles), and a shower room with washing machine. There is a second, smaller, terrace with a bench. Enjoy your holiday!

600 metres, within walking distance from the beach of Torre Dell'Orso, one of the most beautiful bays in Salento. Close to the beach is the town centre that offers shops and services (bars, restaurants, gelaterie, patisseries, tobacconists, minimarket, butchers, fishmongers, cash machine, chemists, etc.). Also nearby, the Giardini del Sole (Gardens of the Sun) sports and leisure complex offers a myriad of activities, including mini-golf, tennis, five-a-side football, go-karting for children, games rooms, etc. A 1-minute drive north from the house (or better, a nice walk above the cliff) takes you to Roca Vecchia, where you can take a dip in the superb natural pool of Grotta della Poesia, one of the most famous spots in Salento. You'll also be less than 5 minutes from San Foca, with its pretty beach and nightlife, or Sant'Andrea, just to the south, where you can enjoy the rocky islets and live music in the piazzetta above the small beach. Further south is Otranto, the pearl of the Adriatic with its medieval castle, alleyways lined with craft shops, seafront and cathedral (The Tree of Life in mosaic dating from the XIIᵉ century).
