Nice holiday house in Torre dell'Orso, with all comforts for a peaceful stay. The large private courtyard offers a covered terrace with lounge, table and chairs, as well as a covered area with a fully equipped kitchen and a stone barbecue. There is also a shower cubicle, which is very useful when returning from the beach. The entrance to the house is into the large living room, which has a double sofa bed, table, chairs and other furniture (an additional folding bed is available on request). Adjacent to the living room is a toilet, then the stairs lead to the upper floor which offers two double bedrooms, one of which has its own terrace, and a bathroom with shower. There is only one air conditioner in the house, which is located in the first floor hallway.

You will be 700 metres, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre and the beautiful beach of Torre Dell'Orso. Only a few metres away is the second centre of the town, Piazza della Luna (music and concerts on summer evenings, supermarket, restaurants, bars and pizzerias). You will also be a few steps away from the Giardini del Sole, the Sun Gardens, a large sports and leisure complex with football pitches, tennis courts, beach volleyball, minigolf and a games room. A 2-minute drive north of Torre Dell'Orso (we recommend you walk the 2km beautiful walk over the cliffs...), you will reach Roca Vecchia, where you can dive into the beautiful natural pool of Grotta della Poesia, one of the most famous places in Salento. You will also be 5 minutes away from San Foca, with its beautiful beach and nightlife, or Sant'Andrea, just south, where you can enjoy the rocky islets and the concerts in the piazza above the beach. Further south is Otranto, the pearl of the Adriatic with its medieval castle, unique streets lined with craft shops, waterfront and mosaic cathedral dating from the XIIᵉ century.
