Perfectly located beach house, only 30 metres from the beach, with a front yard with private parking spaces and a covered terrace for outdoor meals, as well as a beautiful garden at the back where you will find a useful outdoor shower on the way back from the beach and various trees, including a large fig tree. Inside is as follows: a living/dining room adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen; two bedrooms, both air-conditioned, each with a single bed in addition to a double bed, thus suitable for a comfortable stay of 4 to 6 people; and finally a shower room with toilet. Its perfect location and the presence of all the necessary comforts make it an excellent choice for your beach holiday just a few minutes from Lecce.

You are practically on the beach of Spiaggiabella (only 30 metres away), a long stretch of fine sand, with some beach clubs (lidi) but mostly free areas. Spiaggiabella is close to the Regional Natural Park "Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio", near the lake Bacino Idume (area of migratory birds) or the forest of Rauccio (with one of the few remaining large holm oaks in the region). A short walk from the house will take you to a greengrocer's, a small supermarket with its adjoining pizzeria bar (Salvatore's), and to the piazza where cultural and musical events take place in summer. Lecce and its beautiful baroque architecture and the charming alleys of its large historic centre, is only a 10-minute drive.
