Holiday house located in a private lane 2 blocks from a large sandy beach lined with dunes, in Torre Rinalda, one of Lecce’s marinas. The large paved courtyard opens on three sides and offers parking spaces, a terrace for outdoor dining, an outdoor shower with washbasin, a laundry room with washing machine, and a relaxing area for sunbathing. The entrance leads to a large living room with an equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven), a double sofa bed and a table. Next to it is the first bedroom with a small double bed (120 cm wide) and then the large double bedroom (160 cm bed). The latter is large enough to accommodate a folding single bed on request. There is an air-conditioner in the living room at the entrance. Excellent for seaside holidays and relaxation.

The house is only about 50 metres from the beach of Torre Rinalda, 5 minutes from Lecce by car (20 minutes by bike). The beach offers free areas and lidos. You will also be very close to the regional nature park « Bosco e Paludi Di Rauccio », where you will enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides, as there are cycle paths. A little further south, Lake Idume is full of water birds. A mini-market, a bar, a bakery and a fishmonger's are just 3 km away in Torre Chianca, another marina in the municipality of Lecce.
