Holiday villa with great location, almost by the sea and only 20m away from the famous beach "degli Aranci" in San Foca, the most beautiful beach in the area. The villa has a big garden, with direct access to the beach from the back of the house and has the following feature: large garden with brick walkway, parking space, plants and various trees, covered veranda with sea view, equipped for outdoor dining/lunch, barbecue, outdoor shower (convenient after returning from the beach). The villa has a large entrance hall, with a table and chairs; fully equipped kitchen, with sea view and a fire place; big living room, with a fireplace (only for decoration), double bed sofa, two single armchairs and various other furniture; 3 comfortable bedrooms, two with very spacious double beds and one room with 2 single beds, which can be put together to one double bed if necessary; 2 bathrooms, the first is very spacious and with shower box, the second, which you can access from one of the double bed rooms, with washbasin. Further the villa has a television with decoder; washing machine, iron grills on each window and mosquito nets. A villa for a dream holiday, ideal for groups of 6-10 people or 2-3 families with children. Suitable for disabled, because: We have a ramp for wheelchair access, to be placed on the 4 steps, at the rear entrance of the villa. The nearby beach and lido is as well wheelchair friendly.
