Large independent house located in a quiet area called Scala di Furno, a few steps from beautiful beaches between Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. The property has a large garden with lawns and ornamental plants and a paved part that leads to pleasant covered terrace. The property is rented out on an exclusive basis, although it actually presents 2 separate apartments. It is therefore perfect for 2 or 3 couples, with or without children.
The first apartment is accessible through the main entrance. The large living room has a fireplace, air-conditioning, two double sofa beds and a large table. Then, a beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor, where a first air-conditioned double bedroom is located. On the ground floor is the second double bedroom. On the same level is the fully renovated bathroom with a large shower cabin, as well as the fully equipped solid wood kitchen.
At the back of the property, accessible also from the kitchen, there is a laundry space with a washing machine and an outdoor sink. From this courtyard, which also connects to the front of the house, an external staircase leads to the upper floor, where the second apartment is located. Smaller, but completely renovated, it has a bedroom with a double bed and a large flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle, and an air-conditioned kitchen-living room that opens onto a pleasant terrace. In the living room-kitchen there is enough space to open the double sofa bed, if needed.

The villa is located in Scala di Furno, a residential area halfway between Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. A pleasant walk of a few minutes (about 600 m) will lead you to the beautiful beaches of Porto Cesareo, Lido Belvedere, Bacino Grande and Lido Tabù, to name just a few. An evocative coastline with beautiful white sandy beaches bordered by dunes, crystal clear shallow waters... Two minutes away by car, you will find the centre of Porto Cesareo, lively in the evening, especially in summer. Torre Lapillo is also only 2 km to the north and will be more peaceful for an evening walk. Continuing north, you will reach the famous beaches of Punta Prosciutto and San Pietro in Bevagna. Following the coastline to the south, you will find Santa Catarina and the regional natural park of Porto Selvaggio, then the "beautiful city" of Gallipoli.
