Description
House with a beautiful view of the blue of Torre Pali-Lido Marini, a fairytale coastal area with a soft beach. The brand new house has a comfortable veranda overlooking the sea, entirely covered, equipped for outdoor dining (a nice table with comfortable chairs). The entrance leads to the kitchen, with induction hob, scenic LED lights and a practical peninsula table. In the hallway there is a single sofa bed. The end bedroom has a double bed, various furniture and special courtesy lights. We then have a large bathroom, with a spacious shower cubicle, toilet, sink and hairdryer. All rooms are air conditioned. The charming house is just 1 km as the crow flies from a magnificent beach. Other well-known beaches are immediately reachable, such as the Maldives of Salento in Pescolure, about 1.5km away. The hinterland also offers precious attractions, with enchanting villages (Specchia, Gagliano del Capo, Acquarica del Capo, Alessano) and numerous night clubs and restaurants. You will find all the services just in Lido Marini/Torre Pali or in the internal villages. The renowned Leuca is just 10 minutes away by car.
