Description
Beautiful villa in a lovely complex near the fine beach and evening walking streets. It has a comfortable garden, with palm trees, flowers and various plants, equipped with a brick area with a very comfortable veranda for outdoor dining. Outside there is a practical shower cubicle and a multipurpose room equipped with an external kitchen, washing machine, sink. The entrance leads into the living room-kitchen equipped with fridge with freezer, TV, table, chairs, armchairs and various furniture. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom (with toilet) and an air-conditioned double bedroom equipped with a single sofa bed (for any child, not suitable for adults). Going up we reach the second sleeping area, here we find a beautiful double bedroom with air conditioning and a private terrace (overlooking the greenery), a bedroom with two singles of the same height and shape (always equipped with air conditioning) and a bathroom complete with shower cubicle and toilet. The house is located in an excellent summer residential complex, very close to the enchanting fine beach of Torre Dell'Orso and also to services, clubs and evening walking streets.
